1. Who we are

BabyDraft is operated by Akella inMotion, a sole-trader business registered in Ireland. By using www.babydraft.app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What BabyDraft is (and isn't)

BabyDraft is an entertainment product. You describe two parents, and our AI generates a fictional future-baby profile: a name, personality, predicted career, quirks, and a shareable card.

Results are not genetic, hereditary, or medical predictions. They are creative outputs generated by large language models. Nothing on BabyDraft should be used for family planning, medical guidance, or any decision with real-life consequences.

You must be 18 or older to use BabyDraft. By using the service you confirm you are.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any photos or text you upload. You grant BabyDraft a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process that content for the sole purpose of generating your baby profile. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours automatically.

You must have the right to upload any photo you provide. Do not upload photos of people who haven't consented. Do not upload photos of minors for any purpose.

4. Generated content

The baby portraits, personalities, names, and cards BabyDraft produces are generated by AI and are provided to you under a broad personal-use licence. You can share them on social media, print them, use them in memes, etc.

You may not resell generated content or pass it off as authored by a human. You may not use generated content to impersonate real people or to claim genetic or hereditary facts.

5. Payments, refunds, and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT collected via Stripe Tax based on your location.

Because BabyDraft delivers digital content immediately on unlock, you waive your EU 14-day right of withdrawal once generation has started. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If something genuinely didn't work, email us at admin@babydraft.app and we'll sort it out.

Refunds processed by Stripe automatically revoke access to the unlocked content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Use BabyDraft for any illegal purpose.
  • Upload content you don't have rights to, or content that depicts a minor.
  • Use BabyDraft output to harass, defame, or impersonate a real person.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
  • Circumvent rate limits or paywalls.

7. Availability & changes

BabyDraft is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, consistency of AI outputs, or availability of specific features. We may change or remove features at any time. Prices may change with notice on the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyDraft's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. emotional reactions to a fictional baby profile).

9. Privacy

Your use of BabyDraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Read it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ireland, subject to your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
