Payment & refunds

BabyDraft uses Stripe for all payments. If a purchase went wrong (double-charge, stuck loading screen, unlock didn't take), email admin@babydraft.app with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of what happened. We'll look up the Stripe transaction and sort it out.

Delete my data

You have the right to have your data deleted under GDPR. Email us with “Delete my data” in the subject line and we'll remove your generations, session, and any email capture within 30 days (usually much faster). See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Photos and biometric data

Uploaded parent photos are deleted automatically within 24 hours of generation. We never store biometric templates or facial embeddings. Only the AI-generated baby portrait, which you can also request deleted.

My baby result looks weird

AI generation is non-deterministic. If your baby profile genuinely looks broken (empty fields, wrong language, obviously glitched portrait), use the in-app “Report” button on the result page. It attaches your generation id so we can investigate. For a different personality with the same parents, use the “Different Baby” re-roll option on the result page.
